Aaron Masliansky provides his clients with comprehensive insight of the real estate industry. Aaron holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and utilized this background in his prior professional experience working with a real estate developer. He learned a great deal about the marketing, financing, building, and legal issues that accompany new construction condos and mixed-use projects, which he still uses today as a real estate broker.
His organization, attention to detail, and responsive communication make him a dedicated advocate for both buyers and sellers, and he is also a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).Aaron offers particular expertise in the dynamic markets in the Chicagoland area with a particular focus on Skokie and Evanston, and is able to help global investors through his work in international real estate. Aaron is actively engaged within his community at a local and global level as a community storyteller through his podcast, “Inside the Skev.”
Deeply passionate about world issues, Aaron is also a fellow with the United Nations Association of the United States of America’s UNA Chicago Engage and Embassy Fellowship, a Young Ambassador for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and a member of the Global Real Estate Council with the Chicago Association of Realtors. Outside of these commitments, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as indulging his interests in aviation and basketball.
